Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were neat and clean at a great price, there was something sticky all over the floor, which was a bit off-putting. The front desk was helpful, though.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although clean, had some issues like noise from neighboring guests and gaps around the edges. On the bright side, the hotel was directly over the bar, making it convenient for some evening entertainment. The staff was friendly and attentive but could improve on securing outside doors. The location had its drawbacks, including noise from a nearby gentlemen's club, but it was convenient being near public transportation. The dining experience was not as expected, with the absence of the advertised free breakfast. In terms of facilities, the hotel is in a remodeling phase, with some updates needed.
Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed a clean fresh smell and the rooms were very, very clean. Unfortunately, there was a ceiling leak in my room, and I encountered bugs that left my arms and face swollen. The staff explained they were short-staffed due to the holiday, and there were noisy guests in a neighboring room, disrupting my peace.
